A Yes, bidding for Project Journey work has concluded. There are no additional subcontracting opportunities at this time.

Q3 If I would like to be considered for work on future Turner Projects, how should I proceed?
A Turner Construction is always looking for new subcontracting interests. If you would like to be considered for future work it is imperative that you have completed the prequalification process. Once you have completed the prequalification process, please send a note of interest, which includes your EIN, to Carolyn Ellison via email, cellison@tcco.com.

Q4 How long does it take to be pre-qualified by Turner Construction?
A Subcontractors are asked to allow up to 30 days for consideration and review in the pre-qualification process. Please note that only applications with complete information may be considered. No paper copies will be accepted.

Q5 How long does it take to get paid by Turner for completed work?
A Turner has a “pay when paid “policy for completed work. It is important to note that we do offer an accelerated payment program for a small fee which provides for payment, from a third party, before Turner gets paid by the project owner. A MWAA utilizes the US Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standards for determining LDBE eligibility. The SBA has established small business size standards for the industry codes within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS); therefore the size standard varies based on the type of business.
