The project primarily includes the construction of a new concourse facility:

• Three-levels 

• 230,000 SF 

• 14 aircraft gates

New North Concourse will replace the existing ground-loaded regional jet aircraft hardstand operation. 

The building architecture generally remains consistent with the existing Terminal B/C facility with exposed super structure, glazed exterior curtain wall systems and similar interior finish systems.
